New Name, Logo and Location! |

For over 35 years, the national marketing agency for eggs has been known as the Canadian Egg Marketing Agency, often referred to by the acronym CEMA. This has now changed.
Beginning August 25, 2008, our new name is Egg Farmers of Canada. It's a name we believe better reflects who we are.
We didn't make this change on our own. We did research across Canada to find out what consumers thought about the organization that represents egg farmers. What we found, was that people wanted us to highlight the fact that we are farmers, we are Canadian and we are dedicated to quality.
We listened to our consumers and we got cracking. The result: our new name, logo and tagline. You will notice them in the masthead at the top of this page.
But those are not the only changes we have made to improve our organization.
We have moved into a building located at: 21 Florence Street, Ottawa ON,
K2P OW6, which we will occupy along with the Dairy Farmers of Canada, the Canadian Federation of Agriculture and the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers.
And we have changed our web address to the easy-to-remember www.eggs.ca, the official location for everything eggs.
