This resource is currently being distributed to medical clinics across Canada.     Unscrambling Cholesterol - Scientific Evidence and Recommendations for Your Practice

    This 8-page booklet provides health professionals with up-to-date scientific evidence regarding dietary cholesterol intake and cardiovascular disease risk, as well as current guidelines from The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the World Health Organization, the Canadian Medical Association and the American Heart Association. Included in this package is a 25-sheet tearsheet pad of the double-sided “Unscrambling Cholesterol” consumer fact sheet.
