Quick Pizza Niçoise

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic and pepper. Spread evenly over flatbread. Place egg wedges over tomato mixture. Scatter black olives and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over top.
- Bake in preheated 400°F (200°C) oven until cheese is melted and toppings are heated through, 5 or 6 minutes. Cut into four wedges.
Instead of one large flatbread or pizz crust, use four small flatbreads.
