Vanilla Cream Delight

This rich, creamy sauce transforms fruit, ice cream or fresh fruit or berries into a next-level dessert. The sauce comes together quickly on the stovetop, using eggs to create a silky texture. The sauce chills to thicken, allowing the vanilla flavour to develop. Serve it over cake, fruit, or ice cream for an easy yet elegant finish to your meal.

- 2 tsp (10 mL) cornstarch
- 1 ½ cups (375 mL) milk (1%)
- ½ tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
