How to Freeze Egg Whites

Break and separate the eggs one at a time, making sure no yolk gets into the whites. Pour the egg whites into a freezer container and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Label with the number of egg whites and the date. Place in the freezer.

You can also keep leftover raw egg whites in the fridge in an airtight container for use within 2-4 days.
