Zippy Devilled Eggs

These devilled eggs bring a playful twist to your appetizer platter, combining classic flavours with a kick. They're a breeze to prepare, making them an excellent choice for gatherings. Customize with your favourite toppings to create an enticing snack that will have guests reaching for more.
Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- ¼ cup (60 mL) light mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) chili sauce
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp (1.25 mL) hot pepper sauce
- Snipped chives or paprika
Instructions
- Step 1
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in medium bowl; set egg whites aside.
- Step 2
Mash yolks with fork; stir in mayonnaise, chili sauce, mustard and hot pepper sauce.
- Step 3
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.
- Step 4
Sprinkle chives or paprika over top.
- Step 5
Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator. Serve within 2 days.
