Avocado Toast with Eggs

Avocado toast gets an upgrade with a perfectly fried egg on top. This recipe combines creamy mashed avocado with zesty lime and cumin for a flavourful base. The key is to cook the eggs just until the whites are set, keeping the yolks soft. Serve immediately to enjoy the contrast of warm egg and cool avocado spread.
