Easy Baked Eggs

These baked eggs offer a customisable breakfast solution with minimal effort. Simply crack eggs into a buttered muffin pan, add your favourite toppings, and bake until set. The individual portions make serving easy, while allowing each person to personalise their meal. Have ingredients prepped for quick assembly before baking.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Additional ingredients such as: chopped ham, chopped green onions, shredded cheese, about 2 tbsp (30 mL) of ingredient per egg
Instructions
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (175°C).
- Step 2
Using a 6-cup muffin pan*, butter the muffin cups.
- Step 3
Crack one egg into each muffin cup. Add your choice of additional ingredients.
- Step 4
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Tip:
Each egg can be whisked before pouring into the muffin cups.
*Larger muffin pans can be used for more than 6 servings. Perfect for a large group.
